Enehano at Dreamforce – Day Four

On Thursday morning, I went to the Sales Enablement Soirée conference , which is being organized for the third year alongside Dreamforce, where they first started with 15 participants and now had 1500. All the lectures were about how best to enable sales representatives to deliver results.

After lunch, I went to the Customer success expo, which opened with Free passes. It was a classic expo, where companies were either selling their solutions or looking for new talents. However, there were also Salesforce partners that we needed to talk to.

After the expo, we ran 3 happy hours

Including networking with the company Exnoo, which  chinese overseas british database is also based in Prague and is currently changing its direction and wants to focus more on creating its own products.

I started Thursday with coffee and an informal conversation with a guy from the US (I don’t know where) on the topic of more complex solutions built on Salesforce. In the morning, I had a few sessions on GDPR and development again. After a short lunch, I went to the Developer Key Note with Zuzka. This event and the presentation of other key functionalities within the development lasted less than an hour, but even after one hour, a person leaves with the Wow effect for the next sessions.

I spent the afternoon in the spirit of lightning. The sessions ranged from administration to development and introduction of new functionalities. I discussed our current problems with the people from Salesforce, and for some of them I even reached people who were able to advise me or directly guide me to the final solution to these problems.

As Zuzka mentions, we had an event planned for the evening, where what is engagement: discover the key to digital success  we met with people from Poland who also work with Salesforce. We were there for about 2 hours and by the way, we also met a guy from Bulgaria, living in London, who is a passionate player and fan of football. We discussed football for a while and in the end I left with stickers of his favorite Bulgarian club. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any Spartak stickers with me.

Zuzka then went to check out an event, and I went to gain strength in a tiny park in downtown SF, among all those skyscrapers.
